For many years now, PANELUX has been a specialist in frozen bread and pastry products. We export to most European countries as well as overseas.
We use the finest ingredients combined with quality receipts to ensure the complete satisfaction of our customers. The extent and quality of our ranges is testament to the extensive experience and know-how we have developed as providers of fresh bakery services in the Luxembourg market.
In order to cope with international demand for quality frozen products, we have 5 production lines for bread, baguettes and buns, and 2 production lines for pastries. All our production lines are multi-product, and allow for great flexibility in our production process, both in terms of the shape and size of our products and the baking level: pre-proofed, par-baked or fully baked. In terms of storage, our fully automatic freezer has a capacity of 11,000 pallets.
Our strength lies in our know-how, coupled with our cutting-edge technical equipment. Our production lines are designed to allow the effective use of artisanal techniques by optimising dough rest periods, as well as to perform a variety of operations manually, while ensuring high levels of productivity. We are therefore able to produce large series of products with the same quality and visual characteristics as products made artisanally.
